About the player
Ahmed Al-Qudmani was born in the city of Jeddah. He was a swimmer for the Saudi national team from 1994 to 2007, specializing in breaststroke. He participated twice in the Olympics (Sydney 2000, Athens 2004). He is the current Saudi record holder in the 50 and 100 meter breaststroke, and has won many gold, silver, and bronze medals in various tournaments, including the Islamic Solidarity Games, several Arab Games, and several West Asian Games. He currently holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Swimming Federation since 2017.
He is also still participating in the Masters Championships in swimming and water polo.
