Abdul Azim Al Aliwat (born July 12, 1967) is a Saudi athlete and handball player. He competed in the men's javelin throw at the 1988 Summer Olympics.

He is considered a physically strong player and is good at shooting from outside the nine-meter zone. He was the Kingdom's javelin thrower champion at a time when scoring was allowed in two different games.
